Canada’s Wonderland

Canada's Wonderland - WaterparkThrill seekers won’t want to miss their chance to ride the fastest and most action-packed amusement park rides at Canada’s premier amusement park – Canada’s Wonderland. Located in Vaughan, Canada’s Wonderland brings you more than just scream-inducing rides. The amusement grounds also bring you a waterpark, dinosaur exhibition and live entertainment.

First, let’s focus on the rides. Roller coaster fanatics know that Canada’s Wonderland is home to one of the world’s tallest, largest, and meanest rollercoasters – Leviathan. Those who can stomach the swift falls and sharp turns will be coming back for more. There are other rollercoasters to choose from including those than turn you upside and sideways or those on a classic wooden track. And rollercoasters are just the beginning. Popular midway rides are available too along with other breath stealing and adrenaline driving options.

On a hot summer day nothing quite appeals like Splash Works waterpark. Grab a tube and zing down a twisting waterslide tunnel. Or you’re welcome to take it easy and soak in some sun while drifting along the Lazy River. With more than 7 million litres of heated water in the 20-acre waterpark, you can beat the summer heat in no time.

For a real experience that’s out of this world, explore Dinosaurs Alive!, where you can get face to face with more than 40 life-sized dinosaurs and learn something about these prehistoric behemoths, too. The dinosaurs are featured among five main sets ranging from an archaeological dig site to dinosaurs along the edge of a watering hole.

Dining and shopping experiences are also onsite at Canada’s Wonderland for when you need a break from all the excitement. Plan your visit for a weekday during warmer months if you hope to beat the crowds.
