Now you can monkey around in the treetops and test your dexterity as a Mission Impossible agent in Treetop Eco-Adventure Park. This aerial adventure course in Oshawa features the Oak Ridges Moraine as your outstanding backdrop while you climb through suspended barrels, teeter over airborne suspension bridges and play in the trees – all from the safety of a secured cable that suspends you 10 to 50 feet in the air. Fun for all ages, the park recommends making a reservation so you’re not disappointed with waiting in line or even worse, being turned away on a busy day.
There are four courses in total – one for children and three different adult obstacle courses varying in difficulty, totaling more than 60 aerial adventures combined. You have up to 3 hours to rush down ziplines, scramble across nets like Spiderman and amble your way through the other various obstacles. If you’re only interested in ziplining, you’re welcome to skip the adventure park for the Big Zip. Rain or shine, Treetop Eco-Adventure Park is open for your enjoyment.
The park staff takes safety seriously, and your visit includes a 30-minute demo training on the dos and don’ts of the park.
An onsite shop at the adventure park gives you the opportunity to pick up a t-shirt or other piece of merchandise to remember your trip by. There’s a snack bar onsite and even a beach volleyball court.
