Ingredients
- 1 cup softened butter
- 1 1/2 cup light sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- For Cinnamon Sugar: 2 tbsp white sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar well.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Mix dry ingredients in a different bowl.
- Add dry ingredients to wet mixture
- Bake at 350° F for 8-10 minutes
