St. George’s Church and Cemetery is a beautiful heritage site adjacent to Sibbald Point Provincial Park. In the 1877 stone church, where people find peace and calm, you will discover the enchanting 1844 stained glass window designed by Mrs. Simcoe, the wife of Ontario’s first Lieut. Governor. The lakeside cemetery is the final resting place of Canadian writers Stephen Leacock and Mazo de la Roche. All are welcome to Sunday worship.
