When you put together three brilliant Tenor voices with natural Irish brogue, singing spine-tingling classical, folk, Irish, Gaelic and pop favourites in stacked three-part harmonies, then mix them up with quick witted banter, you have the Celtic Tenors. The charismatic, globe-trotting Celtic Tenors are the most successful classical crossover act to emerge from Ireland. With a polished international reputation and over a million CDs sold worldwide, the Celtic Tenors offer something truly unique. They relish what they do and give a sparking, good-humoured
performance. Sing songs they love such as “Danny Boy”, “You Raise Me Up” and “Nessum Dorma”. They certainly don’t take themselves too seriously; it’s all about music, harmonies and fun!

“A complete package of crossover entertainment. A totally exhilarating experience!” - Bahrain Tribune

Current three-time CMA nominee Dierks Bentley announced today that his 2019 BURNING MAN TOUR to Oshawa's Tribute Communities Centre on January 19, 2019 with special guests Jon Pardi, Tenille Townes and Hot Country Knights. Bentley is known to "pull out all the stops, not quitting until the crowd is whipped into a frothy frenzy” (On Milwaukee) and will continue to do so in 2019 with the run named after his "most affecting song” (Rolling Stone) and hit single “Burning Man" feat. Brothers Osborne. Live Nation is the official tour promoter. Citi® is the official pre-sale credit card of the tour.

“I talked to Jon Pardi last April about the idea of going back on the road together one last time, and I am so happy that I can finally let our fans in on this,” said Bentley. “I’m still coming off the high of playing Hollywood Bowl and the last tour, but knowing that this Burning Man Tour with Pardi was out there waiting has been so awesome. We cannot wait to get back on the road!”

Bentley adds, “Who we bring with us on tour is so important to the band, crew and me and the addition of Tenille Townes is something we are all stoked about. Our hardcore fans are aware of the 90s country cover band, the Hot Country Knights, who have been following us around and opening shows. They talked us into having them on the actual billing for this tour...hope their van has snow tires for Canada!”

Bentley’s live show has long been applauded by critics who mirror the capacity crowds’ enthusiasm, noting Bentley's "arena strutting rockers and stripped down mountain music" (Charlotte Observer) blend with state-of-the-art visual production. As he "continues to be a crowd favorite" (Kansas City Star), Bentley will make notable stops throughout the country including his return to Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena after making a sold-out headlining debut in 2016.

Tickets on sale to the public on Friday, November 2 at 10:00am at tributecommunitiescentre.com, by phone at 1-877-436-8811 and in person at the Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office.

Electric Moon Theatre Company and City Youth Players join forces for a February production of Shrek the Musical! Based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film, Shrek The Musical is a Tony Award-winning fairy tale adventure, featuring songs from Jeanine Tesori (Thoroughly Modern Millie; Caroline, or Change) and a sidesplitting book by David Lindsay-Abaire. Shrek brings all the beloved characters you know from the film to life on stage and proves there’s more to the story than meets the ears. “Once upon a time, there was a little ogre named Shrek….” And thus begins the tale of an unlikely hero who finds himself on a life-changing journey alongside a wisecracking Donkey and a feisty princess who resists her rescue. Throw in a short-tempered bad guy, a cookie with an attitude and over a dozen other fairy tale misfits, and you’ve got the kind of mess that calls for a real hero. Luckily, there’s one on hand… and his name is Shrek. Irreverently fun for the whole family, Shrek proves that beauty is truly in the eye of the ogre.

Lizt Alfonso Dance Cuba is back in Canada to warm our spirits in the heart of winter! The company of 17 beautiful and technically superb dancers perform “with amazing unanimity” (New York Times) and with “sheer technical finesse” (Chicago Sun-Times). Accompanied by a live Cuban band of six remarkable musicians, Dance Cuba fuses the rapidly clacking heels of the flamenco, with the flowing grace of classical ballet, added to the hot passion of Afro-Cuban dance with a touch of jazz. Altogether it is exciting, riveting – and highly sensual.

“Her company of superb performers can do it all and do it at such a high caliber.” – The Dance Insider, New York

Dear first-grade journal, Hooray, hooray! There’s a musical (a play all jumbled together with singing and dancing, I believe) that’s all about me, Junie B. Jones! (The B stands for Beatrice, only I do not like Beatrice. I just like B, and that’s all.) This is the bestest musical ever, I tell you! It’s got loads of funny songs, and it’s based on a bunch of books this lady, Barbara Park, wrote about me and the things I do in first grade. Love (but not the mushy kind), Junie B. This March let Junie B. Jones The Musical capture your heart just as the books captivated a generation of students. It’s Junie B.’s first day of first grade, and a lot of things have changed. Her friend Lucille no longer wants to be her pal and Mr. Scary thinks Junie may need glasses! Throw in a new kid named Herb, a friendly cafeteria lady, a kickball tournament and a “Top-Secret Personal Beeswax Journal,” and first grade has never been more exciting.

“After months of hibernating in the studio, it's time to get back on stage in front of our fans and share some new music with the world. We couldn’t be more excited. Time to dust off the shiny pants and stretch out the glutes, the Trench is back,” said lead guitarist Matt Webb.

Last week, the band released their latest single “I Knew You When” (604 Records), an upfront take on moving on from a former relationship and the lingering memories that remain. “I Knew You When” is the perfect combination of fresh pop-rock beats that blend seamlessly with lead singer, Josh Ramsay’s incredible vocals.

“I often find pop dance tracks don't really have much lyrical substance. To quote Dave Grohl, "It's catchy and fun to dance to, but if your favorite song is about your butt, you have a problem." I wanted to make a fun pop dance track that actually meant something to me, personally,” added Ramsay.

“This is about long term, messy, real life love. Love with consequence. Not about drunken lust, or doing shots in a bar, or "living life for just tonight," but the kind of real-life relationship that takes a decade to build, through ups and downs. If I've learned one thing in my life as a performer it's this; if you're going to sing a song every night for the rest of your career, you better mean it - and I do.”

Joining Marianas Trench on tour is platinum-certified, break out Canadian duo Elijah Woods x Jamie Fine. EWxJF is a delicate marriage of exploratory musical styles and masterful emotional play. The duo purposefully breaches the boundaries of pop music touching on many influences including Hip-Hop and R&B that consistently shake up their sound.

Over the last decade, Marianas Trench have consistently raised the musical bar both in the studio and via their explosive live shows. They have built their name on relentless touring across Canada and globally, headlining tours in the USA, Australia, New Zealand and Europe.

Since their 2006 debut, Fix Me, Marianas Trench have had two certified, double platinum-selling records (Masterpiece Theatre, Ever After) and two certified gold-selling albums with chart topping hits including ‘Rhythm Of Your Heart,’ ‘Haven’t Had Enough,’ and ‘Who Do You Love.’ Along with double platinum and gold digital singles, the band has also garnered multiple SOCAN and MMVA Awards, number 1 videos on MuchMusic, JUNO Award nominations and won the 2013 JUNO Award for Group of the Year. Ramsay also received a GRAMMY nomination in 2013 for co-writing and producing Carly Rae Jepsen's international breakthrough smash and certified US diamond selling single "Call Me Maybe."

To ensure tickets for their Suspending Gravity Canadian tour get directly in the hands of fans, the band will partner with Ticketmaster to utilize Verified Fan®️ to power their Presale. Registration is open now until Friday November 23, 2018 at 10 p.m. PT, and you can register here.

Luke Combs will kick off his “Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour” in 2019—his first ever headline arena tour, marking another major career milestone for the breakthrough musician. The extensive tour—which will feature special guests LANCO and Jameson Rodgers—will commence January 31 at Birmingham’s Legacy Arena at the BJCC and will span through the spring featuring stops at legendary venues across the country including New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom and Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheater, among many others. Combs will stop in Oshawa at the Tribute Communities Centre on Friday, March 29, 2019.

The tour—which was originally announced by Combs earlier this morning on SiriusXM’s The Highway channel—will go on-sale next Friday, September 14 at 10:00am local time.

His second headline tour, the “Beer Never Broke My Heart Tour” follows Combs’ record-breaking, 55-city sold-out “Don’t Tempt Me With A Good Time Tour”—completed earlier this year—and will be preceded by a series of fall U.K./European headline shows—which sold out months in advance. See below for details.

The tour culminates a massive breakthrough year for Combs, which saw the release of his platinum certified debut album, This One’s For You, released on River House Artists/Columbia Nashville and two recent nominations at the 2018 CMA Awards for Male Vocalist of the Year and New Artist of the Year.

This One’s For You is currently the most streamed country album of 2018, achieving over one billion streams and was also the largest album debut from a new country artist in 2017. The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Albums Chart, where it has spent a total of 12 weeks at #1 and at #5 on the Billboard Top 200 Chart. Additionally, Combs has had three consecutive #1 radio singles—3x platinum “Hurricane,” 2x platinum “When It Rains It Pours” and platinum “One Number Away.”
In addition to his breakout debut album, Combs released the deluxe edition, This One’s For You Too, earlier this summer, which landed at #1 on Billboard Country Albums Chart and #4 on Billboard 200 Chart.

Since the release of This One’s For You, Combs has been named Billboard’s Top 100 Artist and Top New Country Artist of 2017, “Best New Country Artist” at the iHeart Radio Awards, Music Row’s “Breakthrough Artist Of The Year” and 2017 Artist To Watch by Amazon Music, Billboard, Bobby Bones, CMT, HuffPost, Nashville Lifestyles, Pandora and Rolling Stone.

This One’s For You was produced by Scott Moffatt (except for “One Number Away,” which was co-produced by Sammy Mitchell and Jackie Boyz) and recorded in Nashville, TN at Gold Cassette Studios and Direct Image Recording Studio.

Cost: $22.00, $35.00, $45.00, $60.00

Easter weekend can be very busy if it’s a sunny Spring day, especially on Good Friday. Try coming to the farm on the first Easterfest weekend to avoid larger crowds.

A compelling combination of Mongolian musical styles coalesce into the rich and powerful music of Anda Union. Hailing from differing ethnic nomadic cultures, the nine-member band unites tribal and musical traditions from all over Inner Mongolia utilizing a wide range of instruments and vocal throat singing styles in a fusion that would make Genghis Khan proud. Highlighting instruments like the Morin Khurr (also known as the “Horse Head fiddle”) and the Moadin chor (a reed flute which is played while singing), Anda Union has taken up the fight to preserve an age-old culture by increasing awareness of its traditions.

“They brought a marvelous sense of a long and still vibrant tradition.” – The Herald

Tips for Enjoying Easterfest
It is Spring and we are a farm. We have beautiful fields that are soggy from melting snow which means it can get muddy. Wear your boots. Make Splash pants fashionable. Pack extra clothes for the kiddies just in case. Layer it up. Spring is unpredictable. DRESS APPROPRIATELY FOR THE WEATHER.
Easter weekend can be very busy if it’s a sunny Spring day, especially on Good Friday. Try coming to the farm on the first Easterfest weekend to avoid larger crowds.
