Cachet Supper Club is a restaurant and martini bar located in Newmarket. It’s a unique uptown destination where fresh market fare meets the modern classic cuisines of the World. Cachet wanted to do something to create an experience for people so they could support their local community so they created ‘Cooking With Cachet’. It’s an Instagram and Zoom platform based cooking class. On a live feed split screen they open the class with 20 minutes of live music, followed by a 6:30 class start.
What’s awesome about this virtual cooking class is that they deliver (or you can pickup) the ingredients and any preordered liquor pairings to you on their class dates by 5pm, unless your protein needs to be marinated which they will drop off by 5pm the night before. Some recipes will have their ingredients, some won’t. For a small fee you can use your own ingredients. Cachet will give you the ingredient list and the Zoom meeting code via email. You can select that option on their shop when selecting the Cooking With Cachet Box.
Cachet has paired up with their community partners for this. They have incorporated brewers, wineries, balloon animals and other initiatives on class nights!
So you may be wondering when these delicious events take place?! They are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays starting around 6pm as booked on their events calendar. Follow Cachet Supper Club on Instagram to see their classes. Free for all to join. Only registered participants will receive the Zoom credentials for an interactive class.
