Come Alive! Spring Forest Therapy Walk at Albion Hills

Experience the magic of spring as nature awakens around you in the forest!

Join us on Sunday May 5th, 2024 from 1:00-3:30pm for a rejuvenating Forest Therapy walk at Albion Hills Conservation Park in Caledon, ON, Canada. Immerse yourself in the rich sights, sounds, and scents of the forest as you embark on this walk led by a certified Forest Therapy Guide.

Forest Therapy, inspired by the Japanese therapeutic practice called Shinrin-Yoku/ Forest Bathing, allows you to connect with nature on a deeper level. It can also feel deeply peaceful and restorative. Your guide will offer gentle invitations to awaken your senses so you can notice the forest and yourself coming alive. Experience the evidence-based calming & healing effects of the forest by immersing your senses in the woodland beauty as you listen to the soothing sounds of nature and breathe in its spring fragrance.

This practice is an excellent personal-care and stress management tool!

Whether you’re seeking relaxation, stress relief, a mini digital detox, or simply a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, this guided Forest Therapy walk is the perfect way to find your peace! Leave behind your worries and embrace the tranquility that nature provides.

So, grab your walking shoes, and prepare to embark on a journey of self-discovery amidst the enchanting Albion forests. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul!
