A spooky twist on a dark and stormy, made with Black Strap Rum from Last Straw Distillery, ginger beer, fresh lime and cherry juice and grenadine for that bright bloody grimson colour. If you enjoy a tart, fruity dimensional flavour that warms even the coldest of dead hearts, this potion is for you.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Black Strap Rum from Last Straw Distillery
- 4 oz unsweetened tart cherry juice
- 6 oz ginger beer
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ¼ oz grenadine
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add rum, cherry juice, lime juice, and grenadine to the shaker and shake well.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wedge.
