Ready to cross some names off your shopping list? Or, perhaps, in need of some inspiration for that perfect gift? Well, we’ve got a shopping getaway to help make getting ready for the Holidays a little easier. But first, some advance planning is necessary – reserve a Vaughan Mills Shop and Stay package and receive a $40 Vaughan Mills gift card to help get your shopping started.  Vaughan Mills is Toronto’s premier outlet destination, and with over 200 specialty concept stores and designer outlets, you’ll be powering through that list in no time.  Stay at the trendy Aloft Vaughan Mills Hotel or the luxurious Novotel Vaughan to be directly across the street from Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre – it can’t get more convenient than that!

Check in at the hotel, collect your Vaughan Mills gift card, then head on over to the mall, with your gift card in hand, to begin tackling that list! Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes, as you’ll be getting your steps in while you shop your way through this racetrack-like shaped mall spanning 2km around. Give yourself plenty of time, you might be there a while. Retire to your room and call it a day.  There will time for more shopping in the morning.  As for dinner, an abundance of food options are available in the surrounding area, from the simplest of the food-court to dine-in at nearby restaurants.  Alternatively, for in-room dining, check out a food delivery service app, or the Trio Restaurant if staying at the Novotel.

If you’re still on the hunt for some unique, one-of-a-kind finds, then start the next morning with a visit to This Is Made, an artisan’s collective boutique in Vaughan. This exciting one-stop merchant shop has two levels of shopping, featuring merchandise from over 50+ small businesses. From jewelry to home décor, hand-made soaps to boutique fashion items, you’ll find that perfect gift to finish off your list!
